1. Purpose of Deposit

This deposit secures your place in the 2026 CAAHM Method™ or associated practitioner training intake.

If paid on or before 31 December 2025, your enrolment will be honoured at the 2025 full course rate, regardless of any 2026 fee increases.

 

2. Payment Terms

 • The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 • The remaining course balance must be paid according to the selected payment plan or full payment option prior to course commencement.

 • Deposit payments will be deducted from the total course fee.

 • Failure to complete enrolment paperwork, payment plan setup, or course induction steps within 30 days of deposit payment may result in your place being forfeited.

 

3. Lock-In Rate Conditions

To qualify for the 2025 course rate, the following conditions apply:

 • Deposit must be received by 11:59pm on 31 December 2025 (AEST).

 • Student must commence their chosen 2026 intake (start date must fall within 2026).

 • Any deferral beyond 2026 will result in enrolment being recalculated at the current course fee for the year of commencement.

 

4. Refund & Deferral Policy

 • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or personal circumstances.

 • If you need to defer to a later intake within 2026, your deposit may be applied once, provided written notice is given at least 30 days prior to your original course start date.

 • Deferrals beyond 2026 are not eligible to retain the 2025 rate.

 

5. Course Confirmation

Your place will be confirmed once:

 1. Deposit is received and processed;

 2. Enrolment form and agreement are completed; and

 3. Payment plan (if applicable) is established through our nominated payment system.

 

You will then receive your Welcome Pack and access to pre-course communications

 

6. Acceptance
